advantages of power point presentation format

The advantages of saving a presentation is saving it like you would like to save it as a movie it will show you like a movie and save it with this code MOV.  This MOV will help you do a little movie if you want or share with someone it will help you a lot.

Also if you want to save it as a power point presentation it will help you do a presentation of work , and show it to people. It will also play it if you click it and not be there and telling to edit more like the other one.right in the link and it will save it as PPSX. Also with print you can save it, and show the code like this PDF, you can printed out easier. Another way is a web HMT that you can download it in any web that you know you can.

Worksheet

A single working area in a spreadsheet program, consisting of a grid of lettered columns and numbered rows.

Workbook

Workbooks in the American education system, are cheap, paperback textbooks, issued to students. Workbooks are usually filled with practice problems, where the answers can be written directly in the book.

Value

Values are numerical values used in the determination of the most stable orientation of atoms in a molecule (Conformational Analysis), as well as a general representation of steric bulk. A-values are derived from energy measurements of a monosubstituted cyclohexane ring.

Theme

theme is a preset package containing graphical appearance details, used to customize the look and feel of (typically) an operating system, widget set or window manager.

Table Style

A set of formatting options, such as font, border style, and row banding, that are applied to a table. The regions of a table, such as the header row, header column, and data area, can be variously formatted.

Statistical Functions

a branch of applied mathematics concerned with the collection and interpretation of quantitative data and the use of probability theory to estimate population parameters.

Spreadsheet

A spreadsheet is a computer application that simulates a paper, accounting worksheet. It displays multiple cells that together make up a grid consisting of rows and columns, each cell containing either alphanumeric text or numeric values.

Split

separate into parts or portions; "divide the cake into three equal parts"; "The British carved up the Ottoman Empire after World War I"

SmartArt

Microsoft Office 2007 (officially called 2007 Microsoft Office System) is the most recent Windows version of the Microsoft Office System, Microsoft's productivity suite.

Sheet Tab

In spreadsheet applications, this would refer to a tab at the bottom of a work sheet that acts as a means to identify or access different sheets within a workbook.

Row Heading

a number on the left side of the grid that identifies each row.

Row

In the context of a relational database, a row also called a record or tuple represents a single, implicitly structured data item in a table. In simple terms, a database table can be thought of as consisting of rows and columns or fields.

Relative Cell References

In Excel and other spreadsheets, a relative cell reference identifies the location of a cell or group of cells.Cell references are used in formulas, functions, charts , and other Excel commands.By default, a spreadsheet cell reference is relative. What this means is that as a formula or function is copied and pasted to other cells, the cell references in the formula or function change to reflect the function's new location.

Range

the set of values of the dependent variable for which a function is defined; "the image of f(x) = x^2 is the set of all non-negative real numbers if the domain of the function is the set of all real numbers"

Order of Evaluation

Most operators do not guarantee a particular order of evaluation for their operands. If an operator does, we mention that fact in its description below. In the absence of such a guarantee, the compiler may rearrange calculations within a single expression as it wishes, if the result would be unchanged ignoring any possible side effects.

Operator

OperaTor is a software bundle that consists of Opera, Tor and Polipo. Its aim is to provide a way to surf the web anonymously. It can be installed on portable data storage devices like pendrives, USB sticks and hard drives.

Operand

a quantity upon which a mathematical operation is performed.

Mixed Cell Reference

What this means is that as a formula or function is copied and pasted to other cells, the cell references in the formula or function change to reflect the function's new location.

Microsoft Excel

a software program that allows the easy analysis and manipulation of data using tables and formulas.

Mathematical Functions

In mathematics, a function is a relation between a given set of elements called the domain and a set of elements called the codomain. The function associates each element in the domain with exactly one element in the codomain.

Macro

a combining form meaning “large,” “long,” “great,” “excessive,”used in the formation of compound words, contrasting with micro-:macrocosm; macrofossil; macrograph; macroscopi.

Header Row

A header row should contain unique values—e.g. Money can't appear twice. A yellow cross indicates cells where this rule is violated.

grid

a pattern of regularly spaced horizontal and vertical lines.

Graph

a graph is an abstract data structure that is meant to implement the graph concept from mathematics.

Funtion Formula

 A procedure within an application.

Freeze

a freeze is a point in time in the development process after which the rules for making changes to the source code or related resources become more strict, or the period during which those rules are applied.

Formula

a representation of a substance using symbols for its constituent elements.

Filter

A filter is a computer program to process a data stream. Some operating systems such as Unix are rich with filter programs.

Embedded Chart

When a chart is drawn on the same worksheet as the data. LE

Complex Formulas

Complex columns are symbols of mathematic letter.

Column Heading

A standard Windows control that can be used to provide interactive column titles for a list.

Column

In the context of a relational database table, a column is a set of data values of a particular simple type, one for each row of the table. The term "column" also has equivalent application in other, more generic contexts. See e.g., Flat file database, Table (information)

chart

A chart is a visual representation of data, in which "the data are represented by symbols, such as bars in a bar chart, lines in a line chart, or slices in a pie chart". A chart can represent tabular numeric data, functions or some kinds of qualitative structures.

Cell Style

Cell style is when you change the cell style in a table or you can do a new cell style.

Cell Reference

The column number and the row letter of a cell.

Cell

Cell is a microprocessor architecture jointly developed by Sony Computer Entertainment, Toshiba, and IBM, an alliance known as "STI"

AutoFill

A feature found in software and applications, that lets you enter a series of numbers or characters in a specified range, and have the software complete the entry you started typing. In Microsoft Excel, for example, you can use a preset function to automatically fill a cell with data.

Active Cell

The cell that continues the value being used or modified in a spreadsheet program, and that is highlighted by the cell pointer. Also known as current cell.

Absolute Cell Reference

A cell reference used in a formula in a spreadsheet program that does not change when the formula is copied or moved.

(XPS)

The Open XML Paper Specification (also referred to as OpenXPS), is a specification for a page description language and a fixed-document format originally developed by Microsoft as XML Paper Specification (XPS) that was later standardized by Ecma International as international standard ECMA-388.

Word Processor

an application that provides the user with tools needed to write and edit and format text and to send it to a printer.

Thumbnails

Thumbnails are reduced-size versions of pictures, used to help in recognizing and organizing them, serving the same role for images as a normal text index does for words.

Text box

A text box, text field or text entry box is a common element of graphical user interface (GUI) of computer programs, as well as the corresponding type of widget used when programming GUIs. A text box's purpose is to allow the user to input text information to be used by the program.

Soft Copy

matter that is in a form that a computer can store or display it on a computer screen; "he sent them soft copy of the report"

Sizing Handles

the sizing handle is a graphical indicator in a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that allows users to click and drag on the indicator to resize the object. For example, many windows in Microsoft Windows have a sizing handle in the lower right corner of the window, indicating that it can be clicked on and dragged to resize the window. To the right is an example of what this may look like in Microsoft Windows.

section break

A special character that terminates a section and acts as a repository for the properties of the specified section.

Read-Only Document
